Studying: 4 ways to make it more enjoyable
When it comes to studying, it can often become overwhelming or very stressful for a student especially, so it’s important to know how to manage the situation in order for it not to affect your mental and physical health. After some good years of being in this position, I found out that making a pretty enjoyable experience out of studying is sometimes possible. So here are 4 things that help me go through a studying session without giving up:

Organize a nice desk place

I think one of the most important aspect about being productive while studying is having a clean desk place where you can have enough space to properly use your studying materials. A part of making your desk a more enjoyable place could be decorating it with a

I think one of the best ways to make studying more fun is to organize a study session with a friend face to face or maybe in an online meeting. I recently found out that this method can be very efficient because it gives you the feeling of getting work done together, but also you can have a chat while relaxing during break time. In this way you can also motivate each other and spend some quality time together.

Another thing that works for me while studying is having a nice drink, either cold or hot, depending on the season. Considering that you are going through a stressful time, treating yourself with a special drink can be very beneficial. No matter if you are a coffee, tea, or fresh juice lover, having something delicious by your side while studying will definitely help you feel more relaxed. After all, what could be cozier then sipping a delicious drink from your favorite mug?

Listen to some relaxing music

Studies have shown that slow, instrumental music like the classical one can have a great impact on your performance. It can motivate you, it improves your mood by reducing the stress levels, it can help your brain absorb, memorize, and interpret new information more easily. In order for it not to distract you, it would be better to choose music without lyrics, to keep the volume low and stick to music that doesn’t have a sentimental meaning for you. Personally, I have tried this technique before and it’s for sure a great trick that helps me stay focused and calm while studying.
