A man was accuse of committing the first crime in self-isolation in the UK! He was blamed for the crime after the police found his wife of 44 years dead in their home.
Anthony Williams, the 69 years old man, appeared to court on Monday after being accused of killing his wife, Ruth Williams. The police were called to their home this Saturday afternoon, where they found the unconscious victim.
The woman, who was 67 of age, was transported to the Royal Gwent Hospital, however she unfortunately died in the hospital.
The self-isolation measures were taken to combat the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, a measure in which one must stay indoors. Anthony Williams was in slef-isolaion together with his wife when he committed the crime.
