In a busy world like ours, we are imprisoned by routine. Wake up, go to work or school, get home, eat, do additional work for your job, the day ends and you go to sleep. Does it sound familiar to you? Routine becomes a part of our lives because it creates a comfort zone in which we feel safe and protected from any unpleasant surprises. The worst thing is when we start to like it and at the end of our lives, we realize we don’t have memories, only regrets for not living life at its fullest. So… what can we do?
1) SPORT IS THE ANSWER!
The first thing that gets rid of the routine is a sport. Clean your bike that you forgot in the garage and go riding at sunset. Want to be fit? Head to the gym for an intense workout. If you feel you’re more adventurous, invest in a good skateboard or any kind of board and try to learn how to ride it. It doesn’t matter what you’re doing, it can be a calm thing like yoga or something extreme, your goal is to get routine out of your life. I promise, if you’re taking up a sport, it will surely help you.
2) TRAVELING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
Moreover, you love to watch sunsets and sunrises, you love to admire nature and even more, you adore taking photos of everything you consider beautiful. Take your camera, a backpack and your passion and travel to discover new things. In your city, county, country or abroad, beauty can be found anywhere. Leave the routine behind and search an impressive thing that it is meant to be immortalized.
3) WHY IS ROUTINE SO BAD?
We only have one life and just a chance to do something worth remembering. It is not going to happen if we let ourselves be trapped in a cycle of passivity. We don’t have much time and we can’t wait for the life to happen to us, so we need to get out and discover, travel, make memories because at the end of the day the only thing that matters is the experience. Listen to my advice and break that cycle that controls your life… Believe me, your self will be eternally grateful.
