Smoothie with coconut milk and berries

In this smoothie, ingredients such as blueberries, yogurt and honey meet with a special guest: unsweetened coconut milk. This milk helps to create an optimal smoothie consistency, helps digestion and turns this dish into a treat that makes you feel good.

Ingredients for a large portion:

  • 200 g of blueberries
  • 3 bananas
  • 100 gr plain yogurt
  • 150 ml unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Add all the ingredients and mix until you get a creamy consistency. Serve cold.

Banana, strawberry and peach smoothie

The star fruits of summer are definitely strawberries. Rich in antioxidants, minerals and vitamin C, strawberries are not missing from the list of summer smoothies. In the ideal combination with well-cooked bananas and peaches, this smoothie will please both adults and children:

Ingredients for a large portion:

  • 200 ml plain yogurt
  • 5-6 strawberries
  • Banana
  • Peach
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence

Gradually add milk, yogurt and banana to the juicer. Then add the honey, vanilla extract, and then the strawberries and peach. Pour everything into a large glass and mix the contents well. For an extra cooling effect, you can use frozen or pre-kept strawberries. If you want the smoothie to be more liquid, supplement with a little milk. If you prefer it thicker, add another half banana to the recipe.

Banana and orange smoothie

Bananas are one of the most common ingredients used to make smoothies and rightly so. Bananas add extra sweetness and a creamy texture to any smoothie, while being rich in fiber, protein, antioxidants and vitamins.
