5 quick & guilt-free snacks you should definitely add to your diet!


I’m the kind of person that will always go for healthy and high-protein snacks even when my heart’s craving a burger. There are a few snacks that controlled my cravings and helped me a lot in my weight-loss journey, wanna know my secret?

  1. Banana Ice Cream

To make, freeze a few bananas overnight, cut into small pieces, then pop them in a food processor until you have a creamy frozen dessert. There are a few alternatives for extra flavor like mint, chocolate chips, cherries & cocoa.

2. Air-Popped Popcorn

Popcorn is a perfectly healthy and delicious snack… as long as it isn’t loaded with butter, salt, and other chemicals. To make your own, buy organic popcorn kernels and pop them by adding the kernels to a paper bag with some sea salt, folding over the top, and microwaving.


3. Chocolate Kiwi Popsicles

The recipe just calls for three ingredients: kiwi, dark chocolate, and coconut oil. You just have to cut the kiwi in rounds, stab them with the popsicle sticks & freeze them. Melt the coconut oil and chocolate together, then dip the popsicles in. It’s as easy as it looks like, yeah.

4. Mozza Fruit Skewers

You’ll need mozzarella, pineapple chunks, strawberry halves, grapes, and skewers. To make, cut cheese sticks into 4 pieces. Thread cheese, pineapple chunks, strawberry halves, and grapes onto skewers. And there you go, a fast and delicious snack you’ll definitely eat again.

5. Banana Fluffer Nutters

This is my go-to late-night snack (I’m guilty). You’ll need 1 small banana, 1/2 tablespoons marshmallow creme, and 1 teaspoon peanut butter. Cut banana in half lengthwise. Combine marshmallow creme and peanut butter in a small bowl. Spread peanut butter mixture over 1 half of banana; top with remaining half.
