I have tried some new and delicious recipes because sometimes we get bored of the same old recipes we all know. Breakfast recipe: Cupcakes with bacon and eggs



  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 6 eggs
  • 25 g grated semi-hard yellow cheese
  • Chopped green onions
  • Optional: salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: For this recipe he oven must be preheated to 200 °C. In the muffin tray, coat each cup with a strip of bacon and bake it for 10 minutes. Take the muffin tray out of the oven and break one egg in each cup and then add the grated semi-hard yellow cheese, salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes. Finally, remove the cupcakes from the edges of the tray and place them on the plates and then sprinkle the chopped green onions.

Cabbage with eggs





  • 200 g of cabbage
  • 80 g of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • one onion
  • sunflower oil

Instructions: Thinly slice the cabbage and the onion then place them in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. In another bowl, break the eggs and sprinkle salt and pepper on them. Whisk the eggs with a fork and add them over the bowl with the cabbage and the onion, then add the flour. Mix the composition and pour it in the pan in which you put the oil. Cover the pan with the lid or with an aluminum foil and leave it on the stove at a medium heat for 15-20 minutes, then turn the composition upside down and leave it for another 10-15 minutes. New baked potatoes with sour cream



  • 1 kg of new potatoes or 10 potatoes
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • dill
  • 100 g of sour cream
  • paprika
  • 2 small cloves of garlic

Instructions: Wash the potatoes and put them in the ceramic tray and put the olive oil on them. Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika. Bake them in the oven until brown. In the mean time put the sour cream in a bowl and add salt, dill and the crushed garlic. When the potatoes are ready place them on a plate adding the sauce on the top.
