Mental health is much more important than most of us think it is. If you have struggled with anxiety, stress, anger, panic attacks, or more others, you know how hard it is to go through every day as you normally would. If you are still struggling, you should know that you are not alone and not the only one having the same battle.
Trying to help you, I’ve come with 3 YouTube channels that will hopefully make your days better and improve your mental health.
1. Michael Sealey – 1.38M subscribers
This is by far my favourite YouTube channel. Michael Sealey is a musician who tries to help us with hypnosis and guided meditation. It’s been proven that meditation can improve your ability to concentrate, focus, and lower levels of stress and anxiety, and for sure this channel has anything you need. I won’t lie to you when I say that these videos are life-changing, especially if you listen to them repeatedly.
2. Yoga with Adriene – 9.23M subscribers
As its name says, this channel has amazing yoga routines. By incorporating those into your daily habits, your symptoms of stress, anxiety, and your mood will improve. Studies have shown that yoga has positive benefits for people struggling with their mental health, but if you don’t believe me, try one of Adriene’s routines. You can find the right ones for you easier by searching ‘Yoga for Mental Health’ in her playlists.
3. Kati Morton – 1.04M subscribers
Kati Morton is a licensed therapist that makes YouTube videos on different topics, answering questions such as what is bipolar disorder and also helping you with tips like how to stop panic attacks. Her videos are quite informative and will help you answer some of your questions while making you feel that you can trust her knowing that she is a real-life therapist.
