A delicious, guilt-free breakfast is the best way to start your day. Being the most important meal of the day, your breakfast should be healthy and well balanced, having all the dietary nutrients like carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, and essential minerals. That’s why I’m gonna share with you my 3 go-to healthy breakfast recipes that boost my mood every single morning.

Bulgur Raspberry Kick

This is a fantastically filling breakfast to start the day. If one portion is too much for you, you can easily save it for the next day and enjoy another delicious and healthy breakfast. Plus, you’ll save valuable time in the morning!

Ingredients for 1 serving:

・Bulgur (40g)
・Almonds (15g)
・Greek Yogurt (190g)
・Espresso Powder (to taste)
・Sweetener (Stevia, Erythritol or similar) (to taste)
・Raspberries (30g)

Instructions for 1 serving:

1. Prepare the bulgur according to the package instructions.

2. In the meantime, chop the almonds.

3. Mix all ingredients (except the raspberries) together. Use the raspberries as a garnish.

Keto Cloud Eggs with Cheese

165 kcal (per serving)・ 10 minutes

Eggs, cheese & bacon. What sounds better?

Ingredients for 2 servings:

・2 Eggs (140g)
・½ Green Onion (10g)
・Bacon, sliced (13g)
・Shredded Emmental (25g)
・Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions for 2 servings:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 360°F.

2. Separate the eggs, making sure not to break the yolks.

3. Finely chop the green onion and bacon. Set aside 1 tablespoon of each.

4. Using a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff. Then, mix in the green onions and Emmental.

5. Place four heaps of the egg onto a covered baking sheet and use a spoon to make a small crater in the middle of each.

6. Bake the egg whites in the oven for approx. 3 minutes.

7. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and place an egg yolk into each of the craters. Bake for an additional 3 minutes. Make sure the clouds do not become too dark.

8. Sprinkle the remaining green onions and bacon bits over the clouds.

Mint Chocolate Shake

・½ Avocado (110g)
・1 Banana (150g)
・Almond Milk, unsweetened (300mL)
・Baking Cocoa (2 tbsp., 30g)
・Fresh Mint (10g)

Instructions for 2 servings:

1. Peel the avocado and banana and cut them into small pieces. Combine with the other ingredients in a blender and purée.

2. Divide the shake into 2 glasses and garnish with mint.
